Ms. Tygenhof, the Firm’s founder, has lived in South Florida all of her life and has practiced law and litigated in state and federal courts throughout Florida for more than a decade. Ms. Tygenhof attended the University of Miami School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, she served as an Editorial Board Member of the University of Miami Law Review, a top academic distinction and honor. After graduating from law school, Ms. Tygenhof worked for large national and regional law firms, where she gained invaluable experience as a commercial litigator representing large and small businesses in all types of disputes. She also has extensive experience in real estate and financial services related litigation, as both lead trial counsel and appellate counsel.

- Jones Boat Yard, Inc. v. M/V Capella C, 2006 WL 3664405 (S.D. Fla. 2006) (judgment on partial findings issued on contract formation and interpretation in our client’s favor)
- Szabo v. Colonial Bank n/k/a Branch Banking and Trust Co., 2011 WL 4090354 (Fla. 2d DCA 2011) (affirming entry of final summary judgment)
- Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. v. LGC, 107 So.3d 486 (Fla. 2d DCA 2013) (finding that dismissal with prejudice was too harsh as a sanction) and Cross v. Chase Home Finance, LLC, 5D12-4514 (Fla. 5th DCA 2013) (affirming entry of final judgment at trial on evidentiary issues)
